Okay, so dating it is.
I have friends who say, “It’s not official until it’s on Facebook!”
LOLOL. Well, it’s not on Facebook but it’s kinda hard to deny it. We’re dating again.
We had another wonderful weekend together. We took lots of silly pictures, had our late night picnic (should’ve gotten bug spray), cooked lots of food, played lots of Dynasty Warriors 6, and more. This boy is pretty silly. I gave him the pictures from my camera and we wanted to put some of them on Facebook. I sat with him and we picked some good ones out. Funny enough, he picked one of me kissing his cheek. I asked him if he was okay with picking that because after all, we’re supposedly “single.” He said it was fine because he really liked that one. :)
So basically, no matter how many times we’ve denied it, we’re dating. But of course our concern is how long it’ll last and whether or not he can handle the distance. So far, we’re pretty confident. I told him that I promise that I’d put more effort into seeing each other more frequently as long as he does the same (not saying that he should take off from work). Every other week sounds like a good amount of time. Plus, I can go over Thursday nights and go back to school Monday evenings (every other week). There would be some days where he’s working so during the time he’s working, I’d be at his place getting my work done. So it’s not a complete bust or anything. We could still hang out. He’s worried that it’ll take up a lot of my time. I told him it won’t and that not to worry. I won’t make the same mistake and pretty much block everyone out of my life like I did the last time. It’s a horrible mistake and no one should do it. And most importantly, this mofo has learned from his mistake. His horrible mistake. No one should ever have to go through something like that.
But we’re doing really well. I’m glad he wants the same thing out of the relationship as I do. “To last.”
He thought we were dating again?
I guess we’re really getting close again, which I don’t have a problem with. As I spoke with him tonight, we joked around and he made a joke about us dating. At first I was like, WAIT. WE’RE NOT DATING! D:
He made the joke that was basically like, “I like you, you like me. I think we should date!” and continued to make a sarcastic gesture. I was like WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? D:
Christopher then corrected himself to me. He said… “Oh, I said it because I thought we were dating! It really feels like we are…” AUGH. The things that happen on Skype. I’m actually going to spend three days with him starting this Thursday. We’re planning our late night picnic. I’m hoping this goes really well. :)
This Week Looks Promising!
Another week has passed (almost) and we’re almost at the 4th of July! I’ve pretty much had my big 4th of July celebration since my brother’s birthday was yesterday. He’s officially 22 years old! Yaaaay!
It was fun seeing friends and hanging out! We had a ton of fun watching movies like Frankenhooker and Idiocracy. It was a small, intimate party. I also hung out a lot with my cousin, Jennifer. We grew up a lot together so hanging with her never gets old. She’s going into her senior year of high school! They grow up so fast! :’D
So this week is a cosplay/relaxing week. Just how I like it. Hopefully I get my car back soon. It turns out one of the four hoses in my car had gotten a hole in it. For safety, Honda has offered to replace all four for me out of precaution. Love those guys to death for taking such good care of me, my mom, and our cars.
I’ve gotten further on my Naomi Kimishima cosplay too! So far, I’ve finished the pants, the necklace, and the choker. I’m about 30% done with the jacket and 30% done with the boots. I plan on finishing the boots before the jacket and then all I have after that is the wig. I then have to start on Joe’s cosplay as Dr. Gabriel Cunningham. Hooray! I hope I have the boots done this week!
This Thursday, I’ll be visiting him. We’re already planning to have a late night picnic and relax. He also has all of Friday and Saturday off so we have even more time with each other! The last time I was there, he worked every day. I wouldn’t let him take off work though since I know he needs the money. He only has time off because the restaurant is closed for the month. Luckily, he’s got another job and hopefully another one after that. He seems to like his new job though. :)
So I have a lot to look forward to this week. I’m really excited and I’m hoping everything turns out how I’m imagining it!
