Back to SVA Starting Tuesday!
Junior year! Whoo hoo!
It’s a bit strange going back to SVA since being on break for four months. I’ve had a lot of time to sort things out and get myself refreshed for the new year.
During the summer, I got myself an apartment with my best friend. Starting this Sunday, I’ll be living in Queens and commuting to school from there. She goes to St. John’s for Law School so we’ll have enough time apart that we won’t drive each other up the walls. I’m excited for this huge step in my life but I’m nervous of course. It’s a beautiful apartment that we’re lucky to have! 6 closets and a pantry, 2 master bedrooms, kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, and a terrace. Can’t believe what we managed to find in our budget!
I also just received my first assignment. It’s a small assignment but I’m happy to have it nonetheless. It’s just a reminder that classes are around the corner and I’m pumped for the new year! :)
